*Base currently includes 2 full body illustrations in flat color (front and back view), one large waist-up, and closeups on any features that Melonyans deems as needing elaboration. Any additional closeups the client would like drawn will be considered Extra Detail Shots.Includes full consultation on character design -- we can spend a few sketch rounds on brainstorming, starting from a vague idea if needed.Melonyans does not apply commercial fees to references sheets. Commissioner obtains full rights to the design, credit is appreciated!

payment:
✶ Payment is 100% upfront unless the total invoice exceeds $1000. Before starting sketches, the commissioner will confirm the final price and be sent a PayPal invoice from Melonyans to be completed before the first sketches are received.✶ Once the first payment has been completed, there are no cancellations or refunds (unless the project is not completed by a previously approved deadline).✶ All prices are listed in USD.
copyright / usage:
✶ Commercial merchandising fee (ex. turning the art into physical product for profit, using in a game, etc) will increase the total by an additional 50%. If there is any confusion, please specify how the work will be used before the invoice is sent.✶ Melonyans does not consider art used in social media posts or livestreams as commercial, including for monetized channels. Such usage is permitted for any final deliverables.✶ Non-commercial commissions cannot be resold or made into merchandise. To obtain commercial rights for a previously non-commercial project, please contact [email protected] to organize payment.✶ Commissioners who turn non-commercial art into commercial merchandise without permission will be contacted and promptly blacklisted.✶ The copyright of commissioned art and all WIP materials belongs to melonyans. Melonyans reserves the right to post the art freely. Commissioners may request the art to be kept private until a specific date at no additional charge, or completely private for an additional 20% fee.✶ I do not and will never allow my work to be used as NFTs or for training artificial intelligence in any way. If you use generative AI, you are a loser. Do better and learn to support real artists.
process:
✶ Turnover for commissions depends on the complexity of the project, but generally will be completed within 1 week to 1 month after starting. I can accommodate most hard deadlines with enough advance notice.✶ Rush projects (1 week for illustrations/character design, 3 days for badges/emotes) can be accommodated for but will double the total commission price.✶ Final deliverables will always be sent in a Google Drive folder.✶ Several edits, major edits after the revision period is finished, or edits that require large portions of the sketch to be redrawn may incur additional fees.
